Delete your DailyOK account

This page is for the DailyOK app, offered by DailyOK. You can request account deletion here even if you cannot open the app. We verify ownership by sending a one-time code to the email already registered with your DailyOK mobile number.

Recommended: delete in the app

Open DailyOK and sign in.
Open Settings, then Account actions.
Choose Request account deletion and follow the verification steps.

If you cannot use the app, complete the same verified process on this page.

What happens next

Request: your account enters a 24-hour cooling period.
Wait: you can cancel during this period if you change your mind.
Complete: after 24 hours, return here, request a fresh code, and choose Complete deletion.

Requesting deletion does not complete deletion immediately. You must confirm after the cooling period.

Data deletion and retention

This summary explains the effect of a confirmed deletion request.

Removed or anonymised on confirmation

Your sign-in access and mobile-number account mapping.
Profile identifiers such as name, email, mobile number, address, and WhatsApp details.
Profile readiness fields, including health and emergency-contact information you entered.
Saved family contacts associated with the deleted account.
Associated check-ins, reminders, family notes, device registrations, notification history, and other service records.

Limited records that may be retained

DailyOK may retain a restricted deletion audit entry (including any optional reason you provide) and encrypted backup copies where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, maintain service integrity, or comply with law. These records are not available through the app and are deleted or anonymised when the applicable security purpose, backup lifecycle, or legal period ends.
