Last updated July 23, 2026. This policy describes DailyOK’s approach to information for visitors to this website and users of the DailyOK apps and services. Product screens may show additional notices; the Safety & privacy page explains verification, alerts, and expectations at a high level.

Information we may process

  • Contact details you submit on forms (for example name, email, phone) when you request a callback or a guide.
  • Technical data typical of any website (such as IP address, browser type, and coarse location) for security, analytics, and reliability.
  • Account, check-in, reminder, and family-circle data you create in the app, as described in in-app settings and help content.

How we use it

This section explains how DailyOK uses information to operate the product, respond to requests, and provide service-related messages.

  • To operate DailyOK, respond to enquiries, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.
  • To send service-related messages (for example missed check-in alerts to contacts you configure)—not for unrelated marketing unless you opt in.

Retention and sharing

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use trusted service providers (such as hosting and messaging) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Paused service and planned medicine photos

Pausing service because no paid plan was selected will not by itself delete an account. Data will remain subject to the applicable retention, export, and deletion controls. Medicine-photo reference is not currently available. Before it launches, this policy will explain its purpose, viewers, storage, retention, deletion, backups, processor access, and security controls.

Your choices

You may contact us to access or correct certain information where applicable law allows. To delete a DailyOK account and its associated data, use the in-app account controls or the verified account-deletion page.
