A simple routine, a clear family path.
Set a daily check-in time, let the parent respond with a simple OK or support signal, and notify family when follow-up may be needed.
At the scheduled time
DailyOK prompts the user to respond with a simple tap. The interaction is designed to be quick, familiar, and easy to repeat every day.
If the parent checks in
When the parent taps I'm OK or Feeling Good, they can add a mood (for example calm, happy, tired, or anxious; labels can vary by version). For routine reassurance, a quiet or silent OK can record the check-in while reducing routine "all clear" noise to family, based on your settings and product rules.
If support is needed
Need help lets your selected family members know that you would like support. Urgent help alerts your selected family contacts. DailyOK does not contact emergency services. Relatives can acknowledge, resolve, and leave a short note where the product supports it. If it was a false alarm, cancel flows help everyone see a clear closed state. Selected family contacts are notified through push and email when those channels are configured, supported, and available for the account, device, and region. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services or someone nearby directly.
If there is no response
DailyOK can send a reminder first. If there is still no response, the system can move into the configured missed check-in path through your chosen channels. Silent hours are meant to reduce routine notification noise; they do not hide a true missed check-in when someone never responds.
If the parent responds later
If the parent responds after a missed check-in path starts, the platform can close the loop with a safe-now update.
Keep family aligned
Family notes and support-status updates give trusted relatives a low-friction way to coordinate around the same current information.
History and visibility
Parents and family members can access status history and summaries, creating a clearer picture than one-off calls and scattered messages.
Multi Language Support
Parents and family members can each choose their own language. DailyOK then uses that choice for the app experience and for notifications, so a parent who prefers Hindi or Tamil can stay comfortable while a sibling abroad continues in English.
Supported today: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Punjabi.
Traditional phone-only routine
- Irregular calls and uneven follow-ups
- Missed messages and uncertainty
- No structured follow-up path
DailyOK routine
- Scheduled signal and one-tap reply
- Missed check-in visibility for family
- Family support circle, history, and reminders
A typical DailyOK journey is simple: scheduled prompt, parent response, Family Hub update, reminder if needed, missed-check-in alert if silence continues, and updated status when the parent responds later.
A missed check-in does not automatically mean there is an emergency. DailyOK helps family members notice when follow-up may be needed.
