What Happens When Paid Plans Launch?
DailyOK is currently free during launch.
When paid plans become available, existing users will receive advance notice. Users who have already completed 30 days will receive at least seven full days to select a plan. Users who have not completed 30 days will keep free access until the later of their 30th day after registration or seven days after their paid-launch notice.
New users joining after paid plans launch will receive 30 days of free access, with reminders during the final seven days.
DailyOK will not charge users automatically. If a free-access period or paid plan expires, DailyOK service is paused. Daily check-ins, reminders, Family Hub updates, API activity, and parent and family notifications remain inactive until an active plan is confirmed.
When service is paused, users can still view plans, restore service, request support, read the Privacy Policy and Terms, manage or cancel an existing subscription, exercise privacy rights, request account deletion, sign out, or close the app. The dashboard and other service activities remain unavailable. The account is not deleted, and personal data continues to be handled according to the published retention and deletion policy.
Care does not provide ambulance dispatch, medical diagnosis, emergency rescue, or guaranteed response outcomes. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is required.
