What DailyOK provides

DailyOK is a daily reassurance app for seniors, parents living alone, and families who want a simple daily signal without constant calling or surveillance. The product includes daily check-ins, gentle reminders, Family Hub visibility where permissions allow, missed check-in alerts, and support signals when family follow-up may be needed.

What DailyOK is not

DailyOK supports family reassurance and routine follow-up. It is not an emergency response service, medical monitoring service, clinical care tool, fall detector, or substitute for ambulance services, doctors, caregivers, hospitals, or human judgment. A missed check-in does not automatically mean there is an emergency—the family decides the real-world next step.

Acceptable use

• Use DailyOK only for lawful purposes and in line with how the product is intended to work—as a dignity-first reassurance routine, not as surveillance or guaranteed safety monitoring.
• Set up family visibility and alerts with the consent and understanding of the senior or account holder, respecting permission settings in the app.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, other users, or our infrastructure.
• Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not use DailyOK website forms for emergency, medical, or urgent safety needs—contact local emergency services when immediate help is required.

Free Launch Access, future plans, and channels

DailyOK is currently free during launch, with no payment details required and no paid subscription. Basic, Plus, and Care are not currently available for purchase. Push and email notifications may be used where configured; WhatsApp is not currently available. Future prices, features, eligibility, and timing may change. DailyOK will provide advance notice and require plan selection and valid payment authorization before billing begins. If a free-access period or paid plan expires, DailyOK service is paused. The dashboard, check-ins, reminders, Family Hub activity, and notifications remain unavailable until an active plan is confirmed. Essential plan, subscription, support, legal, privacy-rights, account-deletion, and sign-out controls remain available.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. DailyOK helps families notice daily signals and follow up with context; families remain responsible for real-world decisions. To the fullest extent permitted, DailyOK and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
